Please add my name to the waiting list for membership in the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. Submitted with this application is payment of $2000, a non-refundable processing fee. I understand that in order to keep my name on the waiting list, I will be required to pay the annual renewal fee of $500 which will be billed to me at the conclusion of each year that my name remains on the list. If at any time I fail to pay the fees due in a timely fashion, my name may be removed from the list and any fees paid in connection with the waiting list will be forfeited. I further agree to promptly notify the Club of any changes in the information listed above.
